The list of the words the occurrence scan (4 passages, no note) looks for: the titles and aliases of every entity of a locale (note: Locale), keyed by their comparison form, one dictionary per locale of the corpus (note: Corpus). Glossary (28 passages, no note) sources (note: Source) come first, so that their titles win when a form (52 passages, no note) names several entities; a stopword never enters it, nor a form shorter than three characters (16 passages, no note) unless inference.short_terms allows it; a form shared by several entities is flagged as a homonym. The dictionary is built once per build (note: Build), after typing and contract import (note: Contract), and before the scan.

Six neighbours at most, always named. Beyond that the map teaches nothing: the list takes over.
