Legal declaration

TermSpace Glossary

What only the organisation (11 passages, no note) that publishes (16 passages, no note) a site can say, and what the tool therefore never pre-fills: its legal notice, its accessibility statement with the compliance it declares, non compliant, partially compliant or compliant, and its personal data page. The footer of every page shows them under "Declared by the organisation" once the configuration gives their addresses, or once a note filed at legal/<page>.md in a source stands for them, and shows nothing otherwise: the first column of the footer, what the tool knows of the site, is exact and complete (3 passages, no note) on its own. The distinction is the point: a publication (40 passages, no note) date (44 passages, no note) or a licence (8 passages, no note) is a fact the tool holds, an accessibility (note: Accessibility) state (36 passages, no note) is a commitment a human takes.
