Ambiguous operation

Business ruleSpace Specifications

At the rung of the operation matching where a match (note: Occurrence) is found, two operation notes (note: Operation) claim the same operation imported (27 passages, no note) from a contract (note: Contract), or one note (note: Note) matches several operations of its API (note: API). Nothing is attached: the finding (note: Finding) names every candidate (note: Candidate), the imported operation stays a separate entity (note: Entity) with the properties (note: Attribute) of the contract only, and the other notes and operations of the API are matched as usual. The operation_id of exactly one operation in each note settles it; a note that names no API and matches several contracts of its source (note: Source) names its API in the api attribute.

Check (note: Check) W-OPERATION-AMBIGUOUS, severity (note: Severity) warning by default, documented with a before and after example in the check pages. The severity can be overridden per project (note: Project) or per repository (note: Knowledge repository).
