The contract an API note (3 passages, no note) declares in its contract attribute (note: Attribute), a URL or a path relative to the note (note: Note), could not be fetched, read or parsed (7 passages, no note): the server answered (3 passages, no note) with an error (29 passages, no note), the build (note: Build) ran without network access (4 passages, no note), the file is missing, or the document (note: Document) is neither an OpenAPI 3 (3 passages, no note).x document in JSON or YAML nor a WSDL 1.1 or 2.0 document. No operation (note: Operation) is imported (27 passages, no note) from it, the note keeps the operations written by hand, and the build goes on; the API page (note: API page) has no imported operations until a later build reads the contract (note: Contract). A project (note: Project) whose contracts must be present raises the severity (note: Severity) to error.
